FIELD: medical engineering; treatment of elbow tip fractures accompanied with ruptures or without rupture of shoulder triceps tendon attached to elbow tip. SUBSTANCE: proposed apparatus comprises rod carrying sleeve provided with internal threads and with head, hexahedral surface of which is adapted to be engaged by wrench and washer. One end of rod is threaded, while other end has increased thickness. Hexahedral surface is formed outside in threaded head of sleeve. Sleeve is provided with through opening. Opening in washer is made in eccentric relationship, and washer edge has ports for passage of suturing material. Apparatus also comprises traction pin arranged across rod axis for fixation in bone being synthesized. EFFECT: reliable fixation of apparatus during osteosynthesis. 3 dwg
