FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to traumatology and orthopaedics and can be used for osteosynthesis of fractures of distal epimethaphysis of humerus. Device is used in form of a flat plate with elongated end and fixing unit made in form of a "tree" with spike-like teeth. Rear access is made to fracture zone with a transverse osteotomy of olecranon at its base and mobilisation of its displacement together with tendon of triceps muscle. In proximal end of humerus linking is elongated end of flat plate. Fragments are reduced with fixation on spike-like teeth of plate with restoration of anatomic structure of injured epimethaphysis. Osteosynthesis of olecranon osteotomy is performed by means of a pin with a screw thread.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables to reduce injuries, provides early joint function after operation.
