FIELD: medical engineering; particularly, devices used in traumatology for treatment of fractures of tubular bones of various length. SUBSTANCE: one end of rod is conical in shape and the other end is threaded and provided with shaped washer and nut. Cotter pin is made in the form of bushing having lateral hole without thread for rigid fixing of rod in it by means of bolt. Lower smooth cylindrical projection of bolt has diameter smaller than that of its upper threaded part. Lower end of bushing-cotter pin has shoulder formed by transition of its outer diameter to smooth cylindrical projection of smaller diameter. Shoulder has two chamfered faces in plane parallel to location of lateral hole of bushing-cotter pin. Lateral hole is made at preset distance from shoulder. Upper end of bushing-cotter pin has bulge with internal threaded hole for fixing in it of upper threaded part of bolt. Lower smooth cylindrical projection of bolt enters the central channel bushing-cotter pin up to upper of its lateral hole. Central channel of bushing-cotter pin is located below its bulge and made without thread and has diameter smaller than that of threaded hole of bulge of bushing-copper pin. Upper bulges of bushing-cotter pins have two parallel faces, each made in plane parallel to location of their lateral holes and interconnected with the aid of plate having longitudinal recess for faces of bulges of bushings-cotter pins, longitudinal slots for threaded part of bolts narrower than bushings-cotter pins fixing the rod in lateral holes of bushings-cotter pins, and also locknuts located on threaded part of bolts, above plate. EFFECT: stable osteosynthesis of various type of diaphysical fractures of tubular bone, reduced injury and simplified operation for installation and removal of device after consolidation of fragments. 3 cl, 4 dwg
