FIELD: metallurgy and mechanical engineering, particular, aluminum alloys. SUBSTANCE: introduced into molten aluminum-based alloy are discharge preparations produced preliminarily by casting in form of quickly hardening granules from auxiliary melt into which, introduced before casting is, at least, one reagent which forms with melt component or components hardening dispersed particles, metal - base of hardened alloy and reagent forming hardening dispersed particles are introduced simultaneously with substance which prevents coagulation of these particles. Discrete preparations in form of quickly hardening granules are introduced into melted alloy based on aluminum heated additionally to temperature of their softening. Discrete preparations in form of granules are introduced in the amount of 2-10% of mass of molten alloy with content of hardening dispersed particles in them of 16-60 vol.%. Hardening dispersed particles in auxiliary melt are in form of oxides, nitrides, carbides or their compounds. Used as reagents forming together with components of auxiliary melt, hardening dispersed particles, are chlorates and perchlorates of alkali metals, their nitrates, graphite, nitrogen gas of combination of these substances. Substances preventing coagulation of hardening dispersed particles are introduced in form of chemical compounds decomposed with liberation of gaseous chlorine or evaporated at process temperature or elements of melt increasing interphase tension at the boundary of melt with hardening dispersed particles.
