FIELD: composite materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to applying polymer material onto flat or bent organic glass parts exposed to radiant energy action and may be used for manufacturing structural optics parts. Installation contains radiation source chamber located over the cooling chamber, screens, optical element disposed between the two mentioned chambers and isolating chamber from each other and from outside medium. Installation is also provided with radiation receivers disposed in sealing unit; temperature sensors installed in cavities of cooling chamber, radiation chamber, and sealing unit; and displacement sensors installed from lower outer side of shaper. The latter is mounted for vertical displacement, whereas screens and radiation source can autonomously displace on mutually perpendicular directions relative to optical element. Installation has information- instrumentation system connected with sensors and receivers. EFFECT: improved structure. 2 dwg
