FIELD: shipbuilding. SUBSTANCE: device contains normally-closed shut-off valve 1 with hydraulic drive fitted in tank filling pipe line. Cut-out pulse valve 2 and hydraulic distributor 3 are mounted in pipe line feeding the working fluid to hydraulic drive of valve 1. Diaphragm chamber of cut-out valve 2 is brought in communication with tank through non-return shut-off valve 4 and safety bypass valve 5. Diaphragm chamber of cut-out valve 2 is brought in communication with atmosphere through cut-out valve 6 and second shut-off valve 7. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 1 dwg
