SUBSTANCE: invention relates to underwater shipbuilding, namely to outboard launchers. Small displacement submarine launcher includes at least one launching tube with a front outboard cover with a drive, a pulse tank installed in the overboard space between the light and strong hulls, with an inlet for water from the outboard space, an outlet connected to the launching tube, a hydraulic power plant with a pump in communication with the pulse tank, with the pump drive outside the pulse tank and with at least one power source for the hydraulic power plant pump drive, outputs for connection of filling and pressure balancing lines and shooting control system. At least one launching tube is installed outside the strong hull in the overboard space, and at least one removable solid-fuel gas generator with a hydraulic converter, made with the possibility of converting, installed in the overboard space is used as a source of energy, using the piston separating the solid fuel combustion products pressure in the high-pressure gas cavity, into the fluid pressure in the hydraulic cavity connected to the hydraulic power plant pump drive installed in the outboard space. Pump drive is made in the form of a high-pressure hydraulic cylinder with a piston and a rod for actuating a positive displacement pump or in the form of a hydraulic turbine for actuating a dynamic pump.

EFFECT: wider range of equipment and reduced weight and dimensions of the launcher.
