FIELD: aeronautical engineering. SUBSTANCE: flying vehicle has fuselage, landing gear, tail unit, power plant, tractor propeller and windmilling rotors. Flying vehicle is additionally provided with two windmilling propellers interconnected by means of synchronizing shafts fitted with hubs where blades are articulated for axial turn and longitudinal motion of blades in hinges whose axes coincide with longitudinal axis of blade; centers of masses and pressure of blade are located behind axis of its suspension; each blade is provided with torsion bar mounted inside it which connects bush and blade with travel limiter of axial hinge; tractor propeller is mounted on extension beam in upper nose portion of fuselage.
