FIELD: transport, power engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has rotor-wedge compressor and pump installed on housing and kinematically coupled with rotor shaft, braking energy and vehicle suspension oscillations generative system connected through self-contained supply sources with compressor and pump, insert with sealings and hydraulic branch pipe. Combustion chamber has matching main line, spring-loaded controlled timing valves installed in its ports, nozzle and reducer with diaphragm, diaphragm chamber and spring-loaded valve kinematically coupled with diaphragm. Rotor is made in form of disk with circular groove and slots on its outer surface. Slots are through, combustion chamber with outlet channel is arranged in insert, is made in form of concentrically arranged sphere and is coupled through matching main line with diaphragm chamber, and through outlet channel made in form of nozzle, with working space of expansion mechine. Each vane has control and return cams with wedge portion facing outlet channel. Spring-loaded valve is installed for overlapping the hydraulic branch pipe. Ignition plug is of glow type.
