FIELD: purification of chemicals. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to removal of organics from hydrogen peroxide solution. Extraction column with fluoroplastic plates is fed with hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution containing acetic acid. As extractant, polar C₄-C₈-organic solvent, e.g. ethyl acetate is used which is saturated with peroxide to concentration being in equilibrium with that of initial peroxide solution. Extractant enriched with acetic acid is neutralized with 2-10% alkali solution, purified and repeatedly introduced into the acetic acid extraction stage, whereas peroxide aqueous solution is liberated from extractant and then concentrated into commercial 70% hydrogen peroxide. Organic phase does not capture more than 0.5 wt %, and acetic acid content in 70% hydrogen peroxide does not exceed 200 mg/l. EFFECT: increased purification degree. 1 dwg
