FIELD: chemical industry, more particularly formation of inhibiting phosphate films on metallic surfaces. SUBSTANCE: composition comprises (%): 61-69 granular red phosphor; 11-17 aluminium-magnesium alloy; 8-20 sodium sulfate; 3.2-4.3 thiocol; 1.4-1.9 epoxy resin; 0.4-0.6 manganese (IV) oxide; 0.1-0.3 hexamethylene tetramine, 0.2-0.6 diphenyl guanidine; 0.3- 0.7 silicon dioxide. Composition preparation process comprises preparing binder without using solvent. Prior to addition of oxidizer and technological additives, phosphorus phlegmatizate is treated with aluminium- magnesium alloy powder, oxidizer, hardening and technological additives are then added, 5-20% polymerization accelerator in volatile solvent is added to the resulting mixture, and composition is simultaneously granulated and dried. Components to be mixed have moisture and volatile content on not higher than 0.4%. EFFECT: improved properties the pyrotechnic aerosol forming compound. 3 cl, 1 tbl
