SUBSTANCE: fire is extinguished by products of combustion of aerosol-forming fire-extinguishing compound including the following quantity of components, mas.%: potassium carbonate and/or potassium perchlorate 35-80; phenol-formaldehyde resin and/or thiocol epoxy compound 5-30; phosphato-potassium fertilizer with ratio of content of K2O and P2O5 from 0.5-1.0 to 1-2.2 and/or nitrogen-phosphate fertilizer with ratio of content of N and P2O5 from 0.7-1.0 to 1-5.7 10-40. Phosphate potassium fertilizer is used in form of polymer potassium metaphosphate, and nitrogen-phosphate fertilizer in form of ammophos, and mixture of fertilizers is used in form of nitrophoska or ammophoskamide.
