FIELD: sugar industry. SUBSTANCE: ammoniacal water is alkalinized with calcium hydroxide to pH = 10.8-11.5, mixed with barometric water and heated to 70-80 C. After heating water is deammonicated by passing the dispersed air at amount 0.015-0.025 m³/m² x s containing 5-30 g/m³ ozone through the layer followed by treatment with carbon dioxide up to pH = 8.0-9.2. Water mixture treated with gases is mixed with mechanically treated pulp-pressed water and the prepared nutrient water is subjected for two-step sulfitation up to pH = 5.4-6.4.
