FIELD: hydraulic power engineering. SUBSTANCE: this relates to combined utilization of water flow of small rivers with use of wind motors in water lift units. Hydroelectric scheme has low-head and high-head hydroelectric stations combined into one set 12, non-overflow dam 13 adjacent to aforesaid unit with spillway 14 which forms low-head river-bed water storage 15, and also two accumulating reservoirs: low-head reservoir 16 and high-head reservoir 17 provided with water intakes 18. Water lift unit and damper reservoir incorporated in set 12 are connected by pipelines 19 with low-head reservoir 16 and high-head reservoir 17. Reservoir 16 by means of water intake 18 is connected with water storage 15. Water lift unit is in the form of tower with bucket elevators, and arranged in upper part of tower are damper reservoir and wind motor connected with bucket elevators.
