FIELD: heat-power engineering; plants working on natural gas. SUBSTANCE: plant contains heat generator, gas cleaning system of smoke exhauster, air preheater, system of air ducts, gas ducts and gas lines; plant is additionally provided with load regulator mounted on line feeding gases to cleaning system, surface heat exchanger, piping system, calorifier for preheating the outside air which is connected to return heating water pipe lines and mounted before air preheater and contact heat exchanger whose heating surfaces are divided into three stages and are connected respectively to return heating water pipe line, cooled water pipe lines after calorifier and cold water pipe lines. Piping system includes pipe line feeding water from contact heat exchanger to make-up pipe line, as well as heating water pipe line and starting water pipe line for preparation procedure.
