SUBSTANCE: the flow governor for preset by-pass of flow depending on the pressure differential at the governor has a body with guide shoulders and a cylindrical hollow plunger with a piston aligned with them. A saddle with a soft seal for the sharp edge of the plunger is installed in the body, a stop with an end senling surface for the sharp edge of the body guide shoulder is installed on the side of the plunger end.
