FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pneumatic-hydraulic automation and can be implemented in systems of automatic control for regulating consumption of liquid and gas flows with signals from control system. The throttle consists of a case with branches of input and output, a movable sleeve with a rack bar, a guide for the sleeve, a fixed bushing and a profile body installed on different sides of the sleeve, and a driving roller with a gear. The guide for the sleeve is made integral and coaxially with the profile body installed in the case on ribs; the guide is placed inside the sleeve travelling along it on the bushing with non-differential supports made inside the bushing. The bushing is connected to the body of the sleeve with ribs. Throttling section is formed between surface of the fixed profile body and an edge of the cylinder bushing of the sleeve. The progressive motion of the sleeve is facilitated by the rack gear from the driving roller rotating from the drive of the automatic control system.
EFFECT: simplification of design, increased reliability and accuracy of control.
