FIELD: manufacturing of magnetic materials. SUBSTANCE: method involves impregnation of magnetic filler with monomers phenol and formaldehyde in presence of catalytic agent for 15-40 minutes, and synthesis of binding agent on surface of magnetic filler. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified manufacturing, improved quality of polymer magnetic materials, decreased cost, power consumption and labor expenses. 2 tbl
