FIELD: production of polymeric composite materials based on cross-linked polymers reinforced by chemical fibers. SUBSTANCE: the method for production of reinforced polymeric composite material based on aniline-phenolic-formaldehyde binder consists in impregnation of a unidirectional commercial thread by oligomeric binder, molding, after-hardening and magnetic treatment in a static magnetic field in the stage of hardening. Then, the efficiency in influence of process parameter X on the strength properties of the reinforced polymeric composite material is estimated on the basis of tubular comparison of the obtained values of breaking stress at static bending σb and impact elasticity αimp. Magnetic treatment is carried in a static magnetic field with a magnetic induction within 0.02 to 0.07 T during 6 hors, and the efficiency of influence of process parameter X on the strength characteristics of the reinforced polymeric composite material is estimated by formula: , where X-any process parameter (t0, c-temperature, B,T - magnetic induction, etc.), - mean value of the strength characteristic of the reinforced polymeric composite material (σb, αimp, etc.), - absolute value of strength characteristic Y at X=0 being fit per unit of Y (dimensionless value of the characteristic at X=0), - specific relative contribution of process parameter X to the value of the strength characteristic of the reinforced polymeric composite material. EFFECT: enhanced strength characteristics exceeding those of the materials obtained by the mixing method.
