FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: gear for multigroove drawing of bar billets during continuous casting has drawing and stopping heads with damps and hydraulic drive with hydraulic cylinder positioned in central space of drawing head uniaxially to mould. It is additionally provided with lever hinge with one end to drawing head and with the other end - to rack coupled to gear wheel put on one shaft with worm wheel engaging worm connected with one end by means of clutch to stepping electric motor and with other end - to control valve of hydraulic distributor which outlets communicate with working spaces of hydraulic cylinder. EFFECT: increased accuracy and reliability of cyclic drawing of billets. 1 dwg
