FIELD: foundry, continuous billets production, in particular, from rods of non-ferrous metals and alloys. SUBSTANCE: method is based on metal entering crystallizer from melting furnace with melt surface in the furnace covered with flux layer. Metal receiver is integrated to melting furnace and separated from the furnace by a partition, the crystallizer is located in metal receiver wall, and a mean to stack ingots are made in the form of multi-storied coilers in the installation. The crystallizer has a graphite body, a clearance is allowed between body pockets and bushing, water-cooled jacket is fixed on the front body wall, means preventing axial displacement of the bushing are fixed of the front end of water-cooled jacket. Pulling device is equipped with braking head with rolls. The braking head is positioned before pulling head and guides, located after pulling head, which is positioned to be moved for adjusting. Coiler is equipped with bending non-driven rolls. Shaft is free-standing in base. Baskets are free-putting on the shaft in one or several stories. Number of bending rolls equals number of coiler baskets. EFFECT: continuous casting. 15 cl, 11 dwg
