FIELD: mixture preparation devices. SUBSTANCE: device has drum with two axles, hatch, blades and carrier. Ball-shaped mixing drum has two bosses located over diameter of drum. One of bosses is located on hatch. Boss is installed flush with inner wall of drum. Other boss is installed flush with inner surface of hatch. Hatch is installed for sealing charge-discharge opening of drum at axis of conventional rolling rim of drum. Blades are arranged over arc on inner surface of drum. Mixer has three blades minimum. Carrier is installed on drum for removal. Carrier is provided with two handles, eye and axle. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 6 dwg
