FIELD: processing of polytetrafluorethylene, manufacture of sealing rings and gaskets for machine tool manufacture and transport. SUBSTANCE: in agreement with process pellets are pressed from uncompacted paste. Paste is formed in advance in the form of layers of different diameters with different content and composition of filling agent. Produced pellets have layers completely or partially divided diametrically. Extrusion of ribbon is performed through separable nozzle of extruder having gauging slit. Apart from this layers with different content and composition of filling agent are formed by insertion of separation pipes of various diameters before filling of paste into sleeve of press. These pipes are removed after completion of filling of all compartments of sleeve with uncompacted paste of different composition. After thermal treatment ribbon is calibrated by thickness by selection of dies in nozzle of extruder. Gear for production of pellets for manufacture of fluoroplastic ribbon is fitted with set of separation pipes of different diameters with fixing rings and plugs-stoppers and conical thrust ring which is put on lower plunger. Conical surface of case in gear for extrusion of fluoroplastic ribbon has angle at vertex 60 deg and conical surface of die is - 40 deg.
