FIELD: plastics production. SUBSTANCE: preform is produced by complete or partial successive building up cylindrical layers or their fragments from non-compacted paste with various content of filler. Each layer or its fragment is pressed separately to produce multilayer preform with functional layers. This preform is extruded through nozzle and obtained tape with functional layers is rolled between rollers. Tape is thermally fixed by winding it on calibration drum with fixing free ends of tape, warming it up and cooling. EFFECT: improved efficiency. 2 cl, 1 dwg
