FIELD: transport engineering; antitheft devices. SUBSTANCE: in proposed method three steps of protection are realized. To use automobile, first of all control panel installed in body should be energized by means of code key. Then code should be entered from control panel and signal should be sent to open electromechanical lock installed on preselected place on closing part of body. And having manually opened the part, valve shutting off fuel pipeline installed under this part should be opened manually. This done, automobile can be started. Prior to closing any closing part its lock should be mechanically reset. When code key is pulled out of slot in control panel, valve will automatically shut off fuel pipeline.
