FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: the proposed lock provides for double closure of the canned product by lid fastened on the mouth of the can and by pressure disk lowered into neck space of the can to sink the canned product into syrup, pickle. The lock has driving and driven vanes. Drive vanes are secured on the lower ends of the tubular holder and the rod passed through this holder. Driven vanes are articulated with the mentioned rod. Retainers provided on the vanes move in curved grooves with closed end faces thus ensuring kinematic linkage of vanes between each other and with tubular holder and the rod.
