FIELD: waste disposal. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to producing methane, biological fertilizers, protein-vitamin feed additives when anaerobically processing carbon- nitrogen-containing wastes and sewage originated from enterprises of agricultural, food, and other industries. Biomethane installation contains waste and sewage collector, mixer, propagator with chambers for acidic, neutral, alkaline, and methane fermentation, and concentration column made in the form of vertical casing separated with perforated partitions into sections communicating with each other through immobilization charge placed on perforated partitions. According to invention, the column has tangential pipes for introducing methane through fan from propagator to each column section, whereas the lower one communicates with centrifugal settler of fermentation residue, which is connected through a branch pipe with residue collector. In the upper part of centrifugal settler, there is a cavity for clarified water connected through branch pipe with microfilter for separation of methanobacteria biomass, after which disintegrator is mounted connected with upper section of concentration column. Disintegrator is also connected with collector for extra disintegrated material. EFFECT: improved structure of installation. 1 dwg
