FIELD: water treating. SUBSTANCE: arrangement for disintegrating microorganisms employed in the process of microbial reagentless water treating to produce drinking water contains cylindrical casing with biomass inlet pipe and disintegrated material outlet pipe. Casing encloses drive shaft with upper and lower discs mounted on it and forming annular channel between their surfaces narrowing in peripheral direction. The channel serves to pass biomass being disintegrated and has coupled concentric annular grooves, whereas working surfaces contacting with biomass have abrasive coating to enhance disintegration efficiency. Working surfaces of discs forming annular channel narrowing toward periphery have corrugations at an angle to radius and at an angle to corrugations of opposite disc. Lower disc is mounted on resilient support on the upper one. EFFECT: improved structure. 6 dwg
