FIELD: reagent-free biological decontamination of low-active liquid wastes turned into solid state at nuclear heat and power generating plants, tenders of surface and submarine ships, and research reactors. SUBSTANCE: chlorella grown in chlorella generator having light-transmitting walls and light-transmitting spiral partition by radiation with daylight or lamps at night; chlorella adsorbs radionuclides from wastes coming from accumulator. Light-transmitting spiral partition spiral partition is mounted so that its turns are directed from the right downwards and to the left thereby affording maximum illumination and, hence, maximum photosynthesis. Chlorella biomass is separated in microfilter, part of chlorella is recirculated and exes mass is subjected to pyrolysis to form solid radioactive wastes. Plant is also used to produce methane from domestic sewage and solid wastes. EFFECT: improved environmental situation around plant. 1 dwg
