FIELD: multi-stage cleaning of water including biological cleaning. SUBSTANCE: microfilter has housing with drive shaft mounted inside it and provided with upper and lower disks, non-rigid filtering baffle secured between disks and mechanical ultrasonic vibrator connected to lower disk and made in form of perforated ring engageable with compressed air supply chamber whose perforated cover adjoins ring of lower disk. Upper disk of microfilter is provided with delivery cavity having blades; it is communicated with inner cavity of filtering baffle by means of perforated tubes and with biofilter and disintegrator by means of water supply branch pipe; filtering baffle is connected with electric current supply source by means of collector.
