FIELD: microbiological industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves producer conidii preparing, addition culturing the sowing mycelium - preparing the nutrient medium for fermentation under aeration and citric acid isolation. Sorghum concentrated juice is used as the raw. Additional feeding the fungal culture is carried out with nutrient solution (sugar concentration is 100-200 g/dm3) for 2-3 days. Fungus-producer culturing is carried out for 1-2 days at 32 C, for the following 24 h at 28-30 C. The end product is isolated by condensing the fermented solution and crystallization.
