FIELD: hydraulic engineering. SUBSTANCE: navigation lock has chamber with upper and lower heads located at side of upstream water and downstream water, also feed system and water duct which additionally connects chamber with downstream water. Water duct is directed laterally or longitudinally and is connected to chamber directly at upper head. It accommodates inlet gate and injector-ejector unit located at its straightline section and having two jet-type multiple-nozzle pumps. One of pumps is located in upstream half-block and is made in the form of injector which delivers water to lock chamber, and other pump located in downstream half-block is made in the form of ejector and is used for withdrawing water from chamber. Injector is made in the form of one group of nozzles, and ejector is made of another group of nozzles which are directed along water duct at acute angle α to its axis. Nozzles of one group are directed towards chamber, and nozzles of other group - towards downstream water. Nozzles of both groups are arranged over perimeter of water duct cross section and are provided with pressure chambers which are located around water duct and connected with upstream water by pipelines with shut-off devices. EFFECT: high efficiency. 2 cl, 4 dwg
