FIELD: mining technology. SUBSTANCE: this relates to underground mining of seam deposits of mineral materials, basically coal. According to method, extraction of mineral material is effected in long stoping face in diagonal stope moving from one end of longwall to another. Transportation of extracted material is carried out in distributed portions from upper part of longwall towards lower one through spiral transportation passage with turnable and controlled operating member. In proposed device, spiral line of operating member is made up of separate not interconnected spiral blades arranged at successive regular relative displacement which together create spiral transportation passage relative to axis of operating member.
