FIELD: underground mineral mining. SUBSTANCE: each guide beam of support has on its rear end skid stepped in plan and vertical wall located along beam axis. Each part of skid disposed on both sides of vertical wall has pair of horizontal hinges. Rear of them is found on skid and vertical wall, and the front hinge, on vertical wall and, connected with it, supporting plate installed for location under it of brackets of support unit with rams. Located in each part of skid embracing unit on the side of seam dip and rise sides are pair of front and pair of rear hinges located coaxially and parallel to transverse unit axis. Accommodated in each hinge are pair of turning inner and pair of outer levers of Chebyshev and Evans guide mechanism whose opened ends are disposed in link guides rigidly connected with lower rear part of roofings of support unit.
