FIELD: engine engineering. SUBSTANCE: method comprises supplying atmospheric currents to the diagonal blower, cyclic discharging of gases from the cylinder spaces to the atmosphere through the axial turbine, supplying compressed air to the cylinder, and additional charging the battery of the starting device. When the engine is not in operation the impeller of the blower is coupled with the transmission of the power source of the starting device. The impeller of the blower and wheel of the turbine are set in rotation by wind that enters the ring air sucker of the inlet well of the blower and ejecting head of the swirler.
