FIELD: wind-power engineering. SUBSTANCE: in the course of vortex air upflow over motor path, combustible gaseous wastes are additionally introduced, including headless emissions; wastes are admitted just after turbine has passed mentioned vortex into reduced pressure zone of mentioned residual vortex; additional inlet of wastes to vacuum zone makes it possible to mix up gases with air medium and to burn them in continuous flame in near-wall air environment; turbine wheel and mentioned layer rotation during very weak winds is effected by air masses admitted to air intake under the effect of wind and by energy of high-speed upflow of combustion products and draft of ejecting head structure.
