FIELD: heating facilities. SUBSTANCE: multichannel heat exchanger has assembling manifold 2 and distributing manifold 3 connected to system of parallel channels 4, 5, 6, 7, grouped into passages, and, respectively, to branch pipes 1 and 8 to let heat carrier in and out. Channels of each run are made with summary area of cross section equal to or less than area of cross section of heat carrier inlet branch pipe 1. Speed of heat carrier in channels will be equal to or higher than its speed in inlet branch pipe 1 and, consequently, suspended particles entrained by water flow will not settle in channels which materially reduces probability of undegslag corrosion and increases service life of steel heat exchangers in heating systems. EFFECT: improved operation reliability owing to decrease of accumulation of hard particles leading to corrosion of pipes.
