FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: grain combine has header 1, grinder 2, beater 3, baffle 4, threshing unit 7 with housing formed as air chamber 5 provided with fan 6. Grain combine is further provided with cleaner 8, stacker 9, hopper 10, engine 11, running part, transmission system, hydraulic system, electric equipment and control cabin. Stalk mass is harvested by header 1 and delivered to grinder 2 to be cut in longitudinal and transverse directions, and is further directed by beater 3 to baffle 4. While ears come into collision with baffle 4, they are partially threshed and discharged into threshing unit 7. Cylinders of threshing unit 7 facilitate further threshing of grain. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 2 dwg
