FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building and may be used in machines to harvest spiked cereals for seed growing purposes. The combine comprises a harvester, a thresher, a motor and a running gear. The following components are mounted on the harvester: a cutting device with a reel, a rubberised conveyor, a narrowing auger, a finger mechanism, an intermediate beater, slave skis, helical supports. The harvester is joined to an inclined chamber, upper part of which contains a driving shaft, by means of hinged joints. The cavity of the inclined chamber includes a device for preliminary grain threshing in the form of rollers and an auger to dischange biologically valuable grain. Each roller of the preliminary threshing device mounted in rolling bearings is arranged in the form of a packet of flat discs installed in an eccentric manner on a driving shaft. The driving shaft has a form of a hexahedron in its cross section. Spacing collars are mounted on the driving shaft between adjacent discs. Axial displacements of the flat discs and spacing collars of the driving shaft are limited with washers and nuts of threaded shaft sections.
EFFECT: specified rollers provide for threshing of up to 30% of biologically valuable grain and its collection into hopper for seed grain.
