FIELD: medical technics. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technics designed for unloading backbone, prophylaxis and treatment of neurological manifestations of vertebral osteochondrosis. Apparatus contains basis 1 with stake 2 attached to it; traction mechanism, vibrator 7, and patient's attachment facilities. Basis is made as a straddle apt to be secured on horizontal surface under patient's weight. On the top of stake, traction mechanism - double-shoulder lever 4 is installed, one of its shoulders being formed with patient's attachment facilities allowing change of distance between them in horizontal plane, whereas end of the second counterbalancing shoulder connected with stake through spring supports vibrator. Such a design of apparatus makes possible backbone traction using constant effort with simultaneous mechanical vibration. EFFECT: simplified design and facilitated transportation. 3 cl, 1 dwg
