SUBSTANCE: a patient being in the bath at water temperature of 37-38 C should perform exercises to relax vertebral muscles for 4-6 min, then it is necessary to conduct under-water traction at steady increase of tension power from 5 to 20 kg for 3.5-6.5 min, then traction should be continued at patient's quiet position at constant tension power for 20-30 min, total number of procedures corresponds to 10-15, moreover, the mentioned traction should be carried out in special device containing a bath, a system for patient's placing, fixing, lifting and putting down, together with a loading mechanism that leads to analgesia and improved trophics in the tissues of affected segment.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
