After 10-12 days same medicaments are administered into opposite extremity, while simultaneously, subjecting tumor to local treatment with dry mixture of powdery preparations, namely: 5-fluoruracyl 2000-3000 mg, colchamine 10-12 mg, mixture being administered by compressed air jet ejected by air-operated apparatus under pressure 1.5-2 atm. Procedure is repeated after 1-2 days, total number of procedures being 4-6. Once this preoperative treatment course over, patient is subjected to surgical operation.
