FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves taking lymph sample, holding it at 4 C during 1 day or centrifuging during 30 min at 1500 rpm. Formed lymph elements settle to reservoir bottom and plasma cleared from the formed elements, remains at the top. The plasma is sucked off. Antitumoral chemotherapeutic preparations are combined with the formed lymph elements in high doses, held in thermostat at 37 C during 1.5 h and reinfused intravenously in drops to the patient. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in treating nonoperable cancer cases transforming them into operable state; reduced toxic action of antitumoral preparations. 4 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl
