FIELD: endocrinology. SUBSTANCE: method consists in introducing catheter into tissue of nodular formation, passing quartz light conductor through catheter, and affecting pathologic focus by laser radiation with wavelength 648 nm and output power 10-15 MW for 5-7 min every second day, repeating procedure 5-7 times and leaving catheter in gland tissue over all treatment period. EFFECT: simplified procedure.
