FIELD: fire-extinguishing method and equipment. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing successive ignition of explosive charges in mutually independent fire-extinguishing directions. Apparatus has cyclic pulse sequence generator, distributor and pulse counter, series circuits with 2 AND and 2 OR logic gates, key members and explosive charges. Apparatus is further provided with "explosive charge ignition" signal circuit, former, starting relay connected with its normally open contacts to common current-limiting resistor and explosive charges.
