FIELD: pulse engineering feeding diode lasers in pulsed mode. SUBSTANCE: stabilizer is loaded into diode laser that has laser diode proper functioning as radiation source and photodiode used as radiated power detector, and incorporates transistor switch, feedback component, first diode, threshold shaping unit, control unit, and comparator one of whose inputs is connected to threshold shaping unit output and its other input is connected to first lead of feedback component whose second lead is connected to common power bus. Novelty is that it is provided with integrating RC circuit and second diode; control unit output is connected through first diode to base of transistor whose emitter is connected to common power bus and collector, to laser diode cathode; photodiode anode is connected to first lead of feedback component and that of laser diode, photodiode cathode, and input of threshold shaping unit are connected to power bus; comparator output is connected to input of integrating RC circuit whose output is connected through second diode to output of control unit which is supplied with power from threshold shaping unit output. Control unit is, essentially, multivibrator built around two CMOS 20R-NOT gates with additional buffer gate and current-limiting resistor at output; first gate output is connected to first input of second gate and to first lead of first resistor whose second lead is connected to capacitor and second resistor point of connection; capacitor second lead is connected to second gate output and to remaining inputs of buffer gate; second lead of second resistor is connected to first input of first gate; second gate output is connected via series-connected diode and third resistor to first input of first gate; second inputs of first and second gates are connected to common power bus. Comparator uses CMOS 20R-NOT gate and combined inputs of gate function as its input, its other input being gate power bus. Threshold shaping unit is built around parametric voltage regulator with RC filter. EFFECT: simplified design. 4 cl, 1 dwg
