FIELD: chemical engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus designed for mixing bituminous binder with solid fillers has hollow cylindrical chamber, one of its bases having branch pipe for discharging foamed binder. The chamber is provided with two inlet pipes for loading binder, one of which is installed tangentially to chamber and the other along its axis. The latter pipe encloses a swirling means. Outlet opening of this pipe is positioned on the level where tangentially installed inlet pipe is disposed. The chamber also has an additional inlet pipe for loading blowing agent and means to break the latter into drops. EFFECT: increased magnification degree of foam owing to improved mixing of lowing agent with binder. 2 cl, 1 dwg
