FIELD: road building. SUBSTANCE: proposed method involves foaming of binder being heated (said heating is carried out by feeding of frothing agent) followed by mixing of foamed binder with ground materials. Bitumen or pitch are used as mentioned above bituminous binder. Gases being liberated during heating of ammonium hydrocarbonate or sodium hydrocarbonate are used as said frothing agent, its quantity being 0.1-3.0 % of mass of said binder.
