FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to making foam with increased foam expansion and may be used in chemical industry, agriculture, production of construction materials. Proposed device comprises loading devices, sprayer, cylindrical heat-insulated case to house bitumen heater. Water heater is arranged separately and communicated by pipelines with case iner chamber and sprayer. Sprayer accommodates hollow conical nozzle with swirlers made on its iner surface and composed of rods shaped to spiral.
EFFECT: higher stability of foam.
