FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to constructional heat-insulating, fire and frost resistant, and sound-proofing materials, which may be used for manufacturing thin-wall structures, carpet heat insulation, thermostatic sections in production of food, medical products, etc. Material contains inner layer made of mixture including binder, filler, and process additives. Inner layer is joined with protective ornamental coating consisting of ornamental layer and/or reinforcing and/or damping interlayer. Inner layer may be made either equidense with density 0.2-1.0 g/cu.cm or with density increasing from central part of layer to its periphery from 0.2-0.4 to 0.5-1.0 g/cu.cm. Ratio of inner layer thickness to that of coating is 3:1 or more. As binder for inner layer, water-hardening binder or polymer or bitumen or their binary mixtures are used.
